Site of former Evercreech New station, 1991
View northward, towards Shepton Mallet and Bath on the ex-S&D Joint Bath - Evercreech Junction - Templecombe - Bournemouth line, closed completely 7/3/66. There was evidently no trace of the railway premises left in 1991 - but I may be wrong. [?].

This side of the plant is a new addition to the existing. Close by is the Bath and West Showground, which regularly hosts popular events - and the sewage that is commensurate is dealt with here!
