Warminster - The Organ Inn
The Organ Inn has had quite a history, it was founded around 1770 and was a pub until it closed in 1913, when due to the high volume of Pubs in the area it was closed by the local council. After the pub closed the building became a butchers in 1915 and a fruiterers in 1924 and remained so until 2000 when it stopped trading, shortly after it reverted to its former use as a traditional pub.

Old Were Court
The Were is a small river that runs through Warminster and around here it is under the current ground level. Before long it emerges at the ornamental lake (where it is also known as Swan River) and then joins the Wylye at Smallbrook Meadows.
