The Queens Head (1), 9 Queen Street
A town centre pub, although rather hidden away, but very well placed if you want a taxi. There is another Queens Head in Redditch, in Bromsgrove Road.

The Queens Head (2), 9 Queen Street
A traditional pub with home cooked food, pool table, beer garden, and a function room, where live bands can be heard. On its left is an electricity sub-station. Nearby is a Red Lion Street, presumably named after an inn or pub. There is no Red Lion there now, and most of this area is new buildings and car parks.

Redditch Magistrates' Court, Grove Street
One of the many modern buildings in the area. This one could be described as functional rather than attractive, although the trees provide some welcome cover. This court is facing a reduction in its services, to reduce costs. Hearings would still be heard here, but other work and counter services would be transferred to Worcester. However the final decision has not yet been made.
