Tamworth old fire station
Tamworth old fire station, Lichfield Street, Tamworth, Staffordshire. This fire station was in use from 1929 until 1940, when the current fire station Image came into service. It is now used as offices by Zero-One Design Ltd.

Apollo on the Lichfield Road Industrial Estate
Many of the roads on this industrial estate are named with a 1960s space programme reference - Gagarin, Apollo, Borman, Armstrong, Lovell and others. The distant figures are a runner and two marshalls in the 2021 Cathedral to Castle 10 mile road race from Lichfield to Tamworth, which finally took place in September 2021 after a couple of years of postponements for the Coronavirus pandemic.
