New houses off Hedging Lane
These new houses are being built on a brownfield site. There used to be a large alloy processing factory here.

Terraced row, Hedging Lane
A row of traditional terraced houses tumble gently down the hill of Hedging Lane. In contrast, on the opposite side of the road, unseen in this photograph, is a large new estate of modern houses. Apologies for the unsightly inclusion of the lamppost, especially as it didn't even have the decency to be truly vertical !
