Lightwood House
This building has had several names over the years - what it is now I've no idea! The doorway nearest to the two gentlemen in the picture used to be the entrance to one of the coldest & worst stocked cafes I've ever known - but then that was in the 1950's!

Lightwoods House, Bearwood
Now enjoying a new lease of life, this house, at eastern end of Lightwoods Park is now a very good café. Entrance is to the right of 'the bear'.

Bus in Bearwood bus station
A 447 from West Bromwich via Londonderry lays over in Bearwood bus station before making its return journey. This is a very small bus station (only three or four stands if memory serves) as it is served only by routes that terminate in Bearwood. However, it rates a cafe, part of which is visible behind the bus.
