Perry Hall moat
Much prettified and landscaped, the ornamental lake here defines the site of the former moated mansion house of Perry Hall, which sadly was demolished in the 1920s. The Perry Hall park now occupies much of the original grounds of that house.

A view of part of the Perry Park Crematorium, Perry Barr, Birmingham
The grounds of the Perry Park Crematorium are not particularly large. To the front is the chapel behind which are the grounds themselves. The grounds consist of a central lawn and areas for memorials and tributes along the two sides and back. The photograph shows part of the rear of the grounds.

River Tame, Perry Hall Park
The concrete structure is designed to restrict water flow so that at times of high river levels surplus water passes over the spillway into a reservoir thus avoiding flooding downstream. The geese heading upstream will have no interest in any of that.

Barriers near the Alexander Stadium
The Alexander Stadium is the main venue of the 2022 Commonwealth Games, it will host the opening and closing ceremonies and track and field events. These barriers are along Walsall Road in Perry Barr.
