By Frank Barlow Osborn, 1895, for W.M. Smythe. It was originally solicitors' offices and doctors' consulting rooms. Grade II listed.
The doctors and solicitors had been replaced by Edmund's Brewhouse.

Cornwall Buildings
This impressive block is on the north corner of Newhall Street and Cornwall Street. At the time of the photo the ground floor was occupied by All Bar One, a bar, while upper floors were to let as offices. Much use here of buff terracotta. A couple of details are: Image and Image
