Louisa Ryland House, Newhall Street, Birmingham
Built as the Parish Offices and Board of Guardians, 1882-85, by W.H. Ward, but demolished behind the facades in 1984-86. French Classical style with Cornish granite columns and tall rusticated basement. Grade II listed. Now offices of Birmingham City Council.
