Tyburn Bridge, from the east
Carrying the Chester Road [A452] over the Birmingham & Fazeley canal. The bridge has one of Birmingham's little red doors, allowing firefighters to pump water out of the canal if necessary.

Tyburn Bridge near Tyburn, Birmingham
Birmingham and Fazeley Canal.
There is a fireman's hatch (painted red) in the bridge parapet. Many Birmingham Canal bridges have these. They allow easier access to the water for the firemen's hoses in an emergency.
