Excelda Works Rookery Rd
The Excelda works were the manufacturing buildings for W H Collins Silversmiths who were active during the 1930s and produced a wide range of silver products such as propelling pencils, teething rings, rattles etc. Their makers mark on silver next to the hall mark is W.H.C (only two full stops).

Soho Barbers
These barbers are actually on Rookery Rd and not the Soho Rd, the A41 from Birmingham to West Bromwich, which is visible in the background. Their shop sign must be one of the largest in the area covering two complete external walls of their establishment.
