At August 2020 it was still derelict, but there were signs that something was afoot.

Dereliction in the Jewellery Quarter
The remains of Wellington Works on Legge Lane. The site is reputed to retain a stationary steam engine. It is an awful mess and securely fenced off (a good thing judging by the state of these buildings).
