Garage Court 3, Wake Green Park
Wake Green Park is a well-maintained 1970s development of just over 200 apartments which includes one high-rise block, Bowen Court. John Madin, the well-known architect was involved with the project. An unusual feature of Wake Green Park is this large block of two-storey lock-up garages. They have, more recently, been covered over with a steel-framed roof.

Wake Green Park, Moseley
Wake Green Park is a well-maintained 1970s development of just over 200 apartments which includes one high-rise block, Bowen Court. John Madin, the well-known architect, was involved with the project. There is a wooded area behind Bowen Court, locally called the Dell, which is currently (March 2022) subject of a controversial plan to sell it for development.
