Former Lloyds Bank
This bank at 140 Alcester Road was the third and last bank branch in Moseley to close, shutting its doors in early 2016. The fine Building is now vacant.

Prince of Wales and Building Site Adjacent
Planning permission was given for apartments on the site next to the Prince of Wales Image some years ago. It lapsed, but recently (despite some objections) new permission has been granted for a somewhat different scheme. Diggers moved in during January 2017 to begin construction.
