Kingsbury Mill
A former water mill on the River Ver, now a restaurant. The Ver isn't a big river, and flows are very variable, so it looks like the mill relied on steam power some of the time, hence the chimney.

The Six Bells, St Albans
This atmospheric pub on St Michael's Street dates from the late 16th century. The name refers to the number of bells in nearby St Michael's Church at the time the pub acquired its current name in the 18th century - in fact, the church now has a ring of eight bells.

The upper floors are a museum while the ground floor is a waffle restaurant. This shows the bin floor and sack hoist. I haven't got any pictures of the ground floor as it was full of diners and tables.
