This is the entrance to a path to the housing opposite, cut through the centre of the crops in the field and now grown back. You can just see the start in the grass at the front.

The road name changes to Windridge Road about here for the stretch near Windridge Farm, and then back to Bedmond Lane after it passes Potters Crouch. Passing cars have cut into the banking.
