Buckie Baptist Church
The church was built in 1910/11 to a design by George MacPherson, a local architect. The contractors were listed in the 'Banffshire Advertiser' of 31 March 1910. Mason - Andrew Morrison, Carpenter - Alex Murray, Slater - John Barclay, Plasterer - R and J Hume, Plumber - R Tindall And Sons Ltd, Painter - James Duncan. It is nice to see recognition of the men who carried out the work as well as of the architect. See Image] for changes since 2010.

Struan House
The house was completed in 1885, and features crowstepped gables and an octagonal tower, the top of which is now missing. The flowerbeds have been planted with a wild flower mix that provides a colourful if slightly incongruous foreground.

Baptist Church Hall
The church hall has been turned into a mass vaccination centre as part of the campaign to control the coronavirus pandemic and stop the spread of Covid-19. We waited our turns in the car, carefully parked in a spot from which we could keep an eye on the door, and when the time came we were processed very quickly.
