Maggieknockater
The village lines one side of the A95 trunk road. The occupants of a house out of view to the right have made an attractive garden here, almost on the roadside verge.

Mission Hall
This is the plaque on the former mission hall building. I would love to know the significance of the gestures, as the faces don't seem appropriate for a mission hall.

Sub-Title
Approaching the hamlet from the south-west, towards the garage. There is a Scottish country dance called "The Bees of Maggieknockater" and the village name may derive from the "plain by the hilly ridge". http://nostalgia.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maggieknockater
