Linksfield Academy RIP
Linksfield Academy closed in 2002 due to falling numbers and its pupils transferred to St Machar Academy. Parts of the building are now used by the adult education services of Aberdeen City Council. Update (June 2023): the building was demolished several years ago and a swimming pool, part of Aberdeen Sports Village, now stands it its place.
