Flats, Constitution Street, Aberdeen
One of several huge American-style apartment complexes in this part of town. The street was laid-out in about 1807 and according to G M Fraser (Aberdeen Street Names, publ. 1911), the name was inspired by a speech given by George III opposing emancipation for Roman Catholics.
