Wrights and Coopers Place, Old Aberdeen.
A row of old cottages in a lane whose name tells of past occupations of the local inhabitants. The lane today is in a Conservation Area.

High Street, Old Aberdeen
The fragment of old 16th Century Cross stands in front of the Town House, now a visitor centre. The cross formerly stood further down the street, by the rear of the University's Geography Department. The cobbled street still has many old houses (this is a conservation area). In the distance are The Machar Bar and Blackwell's University Bookshop.

"A landmark to Aberdeen University's campus, which has been named by a member of the university community in order to reflect its surroundings. The six metre bronze sculpture was created by artist Nasser Azam and gifted to the university by Dr John Sievwright."
