Kepplestone playground
The map is out of date with the College having been demolished and replaced by a large housing development with a mixture of flats and some very expensive detached houses. Positions are a guesstimate.
This is one of seven children's playgrounds in the West End of Aberdeen that I visited in the course of an eighty minute dog walk.
The seven are Rubislaw, Kepplestone, Johnston Gardens, Craigiebuckler, Airyhall, Craigielea and Thorngrove.

Bydand
Large regimental crest at the Gordon Highlanders Museum door. The famous regiment was first raised in 1794. Recruits then were offered a kiss and a shilling from Jean, Duchess of Gordon.
