Queen Victoria

The 1893 statue of Queen Victoria (B-listed: http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/sc-20011-queen-s-cross-queen-victoria-statue- ) at Queen's Cross. It was moved here as recently as 1964 from the present site of Marks and Spencer in the city centre.

This major junction in the West End of Aberdeen has five converging roads. The red and white cars are on Carden Place and Albyn Place, respectively. The sandstone Rubislaw Parish Kirk dominates the background.
