A late-18th Century villa modified by John Smith and B-listed: http://data.historic-scotland.gov.uk/pls/htmldb/f?p=2200:15:0::::BUILDING:20109 . It is now the "Aberdeen Business Centre."

Aberdeen - Holburn Street
The "Country Ways" shop at the corner with Willowbank Road carries a new (2024) mural on its gable end. "Watch yer chips!" - Conzo & Glöbel’s contribution to the city's Nuart mural collection features "Super Scurry", the chip-snatching seagull.
Note the traffic cones and "road closed" sign as the town has new lines painted for bus lanes.
