Former School on York Street, Aberdeen
This was originally a school when built in 1881 but has long since been converted for industrial use. Few people now live in this part of town, it being part of the red-light zone.

St Clement's Street, Aberdeen, with postbox
The Edward VII postbox is a bit of a surprise outside a modern factory building, but old maps show this to have been a residential street a century ago.

St. Clement Street, Aberdeen
St. Clement Street in Aberdeen. Many of Aberdeen's buildings are built using granite, resulting in this grey appearance. The wooden boarding in the ground floor windows of the building suggest that it was disused at the time this photo was taken.
