Loading the Grain

Image: © Anne Burgess Taken: 8 Oct 2008

The digger is transporting grain from the barn into the lorry. This was parked right across the road, blocking it completely, so I left the car and went to find the driver and ask if I could pass. As I walked towards the lorry, a white van materialised and hooted. The lorry moved smartly out of its way, and just as smartly back again before I had time to get back to move my car. I took the opportunity to watch and record the occasion. The dog was very friendly.
