This is the town's community centre, making use of the newer wing of the old Ross Grammar School. See http://www.nationmaster.com/encyclopedia/Larruperz for the origins of the unusual name. The Grammar School closed in the 1980's after being merged with the Overross School to form the John Kyrle High School.
