Looking from the footbridge down towards the colourfully painted gas holders. What a pity the local young people provide such a poor quality of graffiti. This is the top lock of the Aston flight of eleven, which drops the water level by seventy feet (about 21 metres) on its way to Fazeley Junction fourteen miles away.
