Hall 4, hosting the Scottish Learning Festival. Normally this extremely useful and informative conference/show is inaccessible to the working teacher with problems paying for cover, but one of the few good things to say about being out of work, is that I was free to attend. I got to ask awkward questions of the Cabinet Secretary for Education and Lifelong Learning too.
