The mainline in the direction of Peterborough and beyond. The signal box is still in use. The line to the right is the mainline connection to the Mid Norfolk Railway that once ran double track to Dereham and single track to Wells next to the Sea. The building with a pipe coming out of the top is the former water tower, it had a tank on top. Behind the signal box were small coaling facilities and a turntable. The vans on the right are in a private garden.
