The name commemorates Rev. Dr. William Morley Punshon, a senior Methodist in Victorian times who raised money to build chapels in seaside resorts. The church is now redundant and the sign on the side indicates it has been sold as "a mixed use development opportunity". Something big may be coming to replace this building. That balloon is in shot again!
