Paraphernalia of a foot and mouth outbreak on the track to Lower Wood Farm. Dates to Summer 2007 when a weakened strain was released from Government laboratories. Unlike 2001 and 1967, it was quickly brought under control. Helped no doubt by the shortage of non equine livestock in Surrey.
