Compare this to Image The river is in spate and the blue cofferdam is no longer holding water. Fortunately the new top gates are in and helping to hold water out of the chamber so that work can proceed with the aid of pumps. This lock looks to be very nearly complete. I wonder when the first boats will come through from the Birmingham & Worcester?
