East and West Cairn Hills dominate Livingston, here is the return view from East Cairn Hill. While this probably should be assigned to NT1061/Harperrig, I placed this in Livingston given how strongly the Almondvale and MacArthur Glen shopping centres stand out in this view over Harperrig, the Pentland foothills and into West Lothian. The main bulk of the visible white buildings are the new multi-storey car parks.
