The Geograph project started in 2005 with the aim of publishing, organising and preserving representative images for every square kilometre of Great Britain, Ireland and the Isle of Man.

This was outside the original Swansea Industrial Museum before its conversion to the National Waterfront Museum. The tug and lightship have been retained and in my opinion are the best exhibits. The excellent Welsh Industrial & Maritime Museum in Cardiff was completely swept away and the exhibits remain in store.
