The renovated towpath alongside the Lee and Stort Navigation provides a wonderful linear traffic-free route from Essex and Hertfordshire into central London for walkers and cyclists. Here, just south of Edmonton a branch looping Banbury Reservoir (coming in from the left) re-joins the main route, with London ahead.
