A narrow and winding lane leads from the hamlet of Brook to the site of the Rufus Stone (and then on to the A31 dual carriageway). This photo shows the view north from the lane by Skers Farm, looking towards another farm (called Lush's on the OS explorer map) with Round Hill beyond.
