Located near the harbour in St Dogmaels is this beautiful wooden sculpture. A note tacked to the sculpture refers to the local Peregrine Legend (dated around 1789) which involved a mermaid rescuing a local seaman. No identification plaque explaining when it was erected or who was the sculptor.
