And soon to be converted into living accommodation. The building started out as a Victorian Mission Church which was once dedicated to All Saints; when the nearby St Faith's church at Little Witchingham (now in the care of the Churches Conservation Trust) became redundant, its dedication was transferred to it. Despite its central location and easy access, being situated right beside the busy A1067 (Fakenham Road) - the main thoroughfare through Lenwade - the church was little used, and mounting maintenance costs were too high for the parish too afford. As a consequence the building was officially closed and in recent years surrounded by a security fence because its structure had become unstable and unsafe.
