Saint's day calendar window, All Saints' Church (2)

Glass by F. R. Leach (1883) in the south aisle. At the head are the Alpha and the Omega, and a device symbolising the Trinity. The text is the collect for All Saints' Day, slightly abbreviated to fit: "O Almighty God, who hast knit together thine elect in one communion and fellowship, in the mystical body of thy Son Christ our Lord: Grant us grace so to follow thy blessed Saints in all virtuous and godly living, that we may come to those unspeakable joys which thou hast prepared for them which [BCP: that unfeignedly] love thee: through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen." In the borders are the initial letters of the Saints Days in the 1662 calendar as in use at the time. They are meant to read up the left and down the right of each pane, but the left pane gets this wrong near the top. The start of each month is marked by an illustration of the sign of the zodiac which roughly corresponds - these cannot be made out in this image.
