Taken whilst waiting for a 382 bus to Finchley, this is the mini-roundabout at the junction with Frith Lane. The corner is a bit tight for vehicles turning right onto Bittacy Hill and westbound 221 buses normally do a left here and use the Holders Hill roundabout to turn round before heading up the hill towards Mill Hill East. The triangular sign in the centre of the photo indicates the approach to the next roundabout at the entrance to the Waitrose supermarket. In the distance a late evening Northern Line train crosses on the bridge that carries the line into Mill Hill East station. The breaking up of the late evening clouds marks the end of a very nice summers day.
