This bridge allows pedestrians and cyclists to cross the motorway and the Rochdale Canal at White Gate End near junction 21 at Chadderton Broadway. Is it covered in a fine metal mesh to prevent a murderous element of our society lobbing bricks at unsuspecting motorists?
