Grade 1 listed building in the midst of an awful, ruined neighbourhood. It is, however, abandoned. The graveyard contains a headstone to Jack Crawford, the 'Hero of Camperdown' See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holy_Trinity,_Sunderland
