Number 101 High Street. The building dates from 1050 and is currently an ASK Pizza & Pasta restaurant. For the same building in 1909 see Francis Frith Collection at http://www.francisfrith.com/search/england/hampshire/winchester/photos/winchester_62177.htm The Manor of Goudbeyete was given as a wedding present to Emma, daughter of Richard, Duke of Normandy in 1012 after she married Ethelred the Unready.
