The church was built in 1805 and has a marvellous interior with box pews. Although today there are just a handful of worshippers here, at one time the congregation was over 200. The builder, William Huntingdon SS (Sinner Saved) is buried at the church in a tiny plot to the east of the church. The building was badly damaged in the 1987 hurricane but was re-built with substantial grants in the late 1990s. It is now a Grade 1 listed building.
