The church's tower is 15th century, but most of this church of England is 19th century, according to Pevsner. The church is at the southern end of the village of Kingham, which Country Life magazine calls England's favourite village http://www.countrylife.co.uk/countryside/article/104760/We_reveal_Englands_Favourite_Village.html .
