Being a police officer is a huge part of my life. I am proud to wear the uniform and I truly believe in what Policing and Hertfordshire Constabulary stand for. I fundamentally believe police officers join the service to have a positive impact on their communities and make a difference. I have maintained this ethos throughout my career, and I still care deeply about doing the right thing and helping people. Its important to me that we know our communities and they know us.
