On the hill leading from Goodwick Parrog up towards Fishguard this hotel, built in 1904, commands a good view of the sea and as well as Goodwick Moor SSSI to the rear. In a previous incarnation this hotel accommodated the shift workers who built the harbour/terminal "the beds were never cold"! (Thanks for that to Roy Lewis)
