The thing that caught my eye was the Tunnock's factory at the next junction but one. Tunnnock's is a family business, over 100 years old, that manufactures cakes and sweet biscuits known to every generation of Scottish schoolchildren. The company web site is at https://www.tunnock.co.uk/ - and note the illustration of one of their best-loved products, a caramel wafer below the name on the factory front. See also Image
