This large detached house, which serves as a vicarage, stands next to the Grade I Listed St. George's Church and was completed in 1884 at the same time as the church. They were both part of the same project, designed by renowned Victorian architect John Loughborough Pearson and funded by the 6th Duke of Northumberland as a memorial to his late father, George Percy, the 5th Duke of Northumberland. The vicarage is a Grade II Listed building.
